Refund Policy
Every order dispatched from our location is thoroughly checked and should be as per order. We pre check all products to ensure good quality.
The customer is responsible for checking that the products and quantities they received is corresponding to what they ordered. If any wrong products were received or the ones ordered are missing, we must be notified at the time of delivery. In any case of wrong quantities or products being delivered, we will deliver the correct products as soon as possible.
In a chance that a product is spoilt, we must be informed within 24 hours of products delivery. But we must be provided proof through footage and clear description of the spoilt product. Then we would arrange to replace the spoilt product immediately.
