Shipping policy

Deliveries Areas in HK:

-We arrange deliveries for Friday’s/Saturday’s & Sunday. We deliver to most places in Hong Kong (Excluding, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau and Restricted Areas.)

-For orders to Discovery Bay that include 10PCS Fresh Pita OR Individual Mini Challah 8PCS please meet us at Pier 3 in Central to collect the order.

Minimum Order Value:

-Get free delivery for purchases above 600HKD.

-Orders between 0-599HKD have extra 50HKD Shipping cost.

Orders & Delivery:

-Orders can be placed any day or time through our website.

-We cannot guarentee specified time of delivery, but we will inform you of delivery method by direct message.

-We will contact you by phone on the day of delivery and inform you once food has been delivered.

-Please refer to the sticker on the food to properly store in freezer or fridge once delivery is recieved.

-You can let us know any questions you have about the food you recieved in your delivery by WhatsApp.
